- looking to remove management of the administration/back office function
- do not have, or are unable to clearly deliver an integrated client value proposition
- are corporate super focussed but do not have the infrastructure to meet the upcoming challenges to provide member-based advice
- looking for certainty of succession from a personal and client perspective
- requiring assistance to implement the changing regulatory framework

PSK: Adviser Opportunity
PSK’s business structure provides solutions to advisers currently providing advice within a financial planning practice who are;
- directly managing a client base and are able to maintain ownership of those clients and transition them in a timely fashion
- have been directly providing advice to a client base, but have limited or no ownership of said base
- motivated to run and build their own long term business
- willing and able, if required, to invest in their business
- have funds available to jointly invest in a book with PSK, or to align as the succession adviser for a current joint venture business
